1. Global transportation. (Except for some countries and APO/FPO)
2. Process the order in time after confirming the payment.
3. We only ship to the confirmed order address. Your order address needs to match your shipping address.
4. The service transit time is provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time may vary, especially during holidays
5. If you have not received the shipment within 3 weeks after payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
6. Due to the stock situation and time difference, we will choose to ship from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
